Explore Chinatown's bustling streets, delve into Broome's fascinating pearl lugger history, or take a camel ride along Cable Beach as the sun dips below the horizon. Learn about the fascinating pearl industry on a guided tour of a working pearl farm, where you'll witness the entire process from hatchery to showroom. Travel back in time by marveling at perfectly preserved dinosaur footprints fossilised in rock for over 120 million years. Spot rare snubfin dolphins in their natural habitat on a morning or sunset cruise. Broome is a coastal tourist town and a gateway to the tropical Kimberley region. It is situated on the traditional lands of the Yawuru people, and nowadays, it is a multicultural melting pot. You can visit stunning Cable Beach, laid-back breweries, pearl boutiques, and experience activities ranging from diving, kayaking, cultural guided tours, and unhurried camel rides. From March to October, when the moon is full, use your imagination to witness a staircase to the moon reflected in the mudflats of Roebuck Bay. The region is also famous for crocodiles, and you can meet them safely with experts at Malcolm Douglas Crocodile Park.

Broome is the colourful pearling capital in the very north of Western Australia, and it's stunning natural environment is a key highlight of this sunburned city. Cable Beach is a must-see, surrounded by rolling dunes and ochre cliffs, its 22 kilometres of white sand shores and turquoise waters are something to marvel at, as are the fiery red skies at sunset. Home to beach camel rides, an array of restaurants and even beach equipment hire, it's easy to spend an entire day relaxing here.
If you are in town on a Thursday, be sure to visit the night markets held at Town Beach precinct, running from June through September. Wander around the craft and produce stalls, sample local cuisine and be serenaded by local musicians as you wander beneath the stars.
Once a bustling area of pearling crew camps and corrugated tin sheds, Broome's Chinatown is now home to noodle restaurants, galleries, retail stores and pearl showrooms. Stroll along Carnarvon Street, visit the world's oldest operating open-air picture gardens, Sun Pictures, or follow the walking trail to discover the pearling historic timeline, sculptures, and the sweeping views from Roebuck Bay Lookout.

You will learn the intricate process of collecting and spawning Pinctada maxima oysters for producing pearls. Afterwards, enjoy some refreshments including their famous homemade family recipe damper, cold juices and fresh fruit. 
Cruise along the azure waters and watch live oysters suspended in their natural environment. Keep an eye out for their resident saltwater crocodiles while cruising along. Later, discover how a pearl is extracted from the shell and the two year process it takes for the pearls to be displayed in the showroom. Day 4 - Visit 'one of the greatest wonders of the natural world' Horizontal Falls

This all-day adventure will take you off the beaten track and into Traditional lands to experience the beauty and wonder of the natural phenomenon, Horizontal Falls, and the stunning Dampier Peninsula in the world-renowned Kimberley region. Climb aboard a luxury four-wheel drive vehicle for a trek through the unique Kimberley coast landscape before stopping for a fascinating tour of the Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm, and then visiting Ardyaloon Aboriginal Community's very own aquaculture hatchery. You will also soar in a seaplane from Broome over the amazing islands of the Buccaneer Archipelago to the Horizontal Falls. Here you will ride through the rushing falls in one of the fastest boats in the Kimberley, and cruise through the untouched waterways of Talbot Bay with the opportunity for a snorkel swim in a marine viewing enclosure. Your day will also include a cooked breakfast, and a lunch of locally-sourced Barramundi in either of the spectacular settings of Cygnet Bay, or on a floating dining pontoon by the Horizontal Falls.
